All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund. Please ensure your contact information is accurate for any updates on your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment:

  • Domestic: 5–10 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package's progress online.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives with damaged packaging or items, contact us immediately at support@twocrumbs.co with photos of the damage. We'll assess the situation and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

Missing or Lost Items

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@twocrumbs.co. We'll work with you and the courier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This is a paid add-on that helps cover your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged while in transit to you. It sits on top of your existing rights under Australian Consumer Law — it does not remove or limit any rights you already have.

If you purchase Shipping Protection and your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the parcel showing as delivered (or within 14 days of the expected delivery date if it never arrives) with your order number and photos or evidence where possible. This helps us assess your claim quickly and, if approved, arrange a replacement item or store credit up to the value of your order. Timeframes and documentation may vary depending on the carrier and the protection provider we use.

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Change of mind or sizing issues
  • Orders delivered to the address provided where tracking shows delivered (including where parcels are taken after being left in a safe place or with Authority To Leave)
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
  • Normal wear and tear or manufacturing faults unrelated to transit (these are handled under our usual warranty and ACL obligations)

If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, we'll still work with you in line with our legal obligations and our standard policies if there's an issue with delivery — Shipping Protection just gives you a more direct, streamlined process for transit-related problems.
