Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We back what we make. If it's not right for you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

This policy sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law — it doesn't replace them.

What's Returnable

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, or any signs of wear
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • In original packaging where applicable

Items returned in a condition that doesn't meet these requirements may be sent back to you at your cost, or refunded at a reduced amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout

Your Options

Once your return is approved and we've received the item back, you can choose:

Store Credit

Issued instantly as a Two Crumbs gift card once we receive and inspect your return. Use it on any future drop.

Cash Refund

Refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Exchange

Subject to stock availability. Because we run limited drops, we can't always guarantee your size or style will be available. If we can't fulfil the exchange, we'll offer store credit or a cash refund instead.

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind (store credit, refund, or exchange): you cover return shipping
  • Damaged, faulty, or our mistake: we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label

For exchanges, you cover the return shipping and we cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you.

How to Return

  1. Email support@twocrumbs.co with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and which option you'd like (store credit, refund, or exchange)
  2. We'll confirm your return is approved and send instructions
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your store credit, refund, or exchange

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

International Returns

We ship globally, and we're happy to accept international returns under the same policy. Please note:

  • You're responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties
  • Transit times back to us can vary — your refund timeline starts from when we receive the item, not when you ship it
  • We recommend using a tracked service so we can confirm arrival

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item:

  • Email support@twocrumbs.co within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description
  • We'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund

Manufacturing faults are covered under Australian Consumer Law regardless of the 30-day window.

Refund Processing Times

Cash refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.

Store credit is issued instantly once your return is inspected.

Returns Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future orders where we identify patterns of returns abuse, including but not limited to: wardrobing (wearing items and returning them), excessive returns, or returns of items showing signs of use.
